FAQ's

Jac Zagoory Designs is a pen and desk art company conceived by Jac Zagoory in 1995.  The company is dedicated to designing original, thought-provoking writing instruments and pewter desk accessories which include unique pen holders, staplers, and staple removers.  We also provide custom designs for corporate clients. 

 

How do you ship?

We ship from New York City. Shipping rates include:

All orders under $75 are a flat $5.00 rate (unless other service is requested)

All orders $75 and over include free standard shipping which is best way shipping by us and estimated arrival time may vary within the US (international rates will apply to all orders)

All other UPS services are available at additional costs that are calculated in the check out.

Most orders will ship within 3 days, please note we do not ship on weekends and all major holidays.

International orders will receive a calculated rate at checkout. Please note you will most likely need to pay customs/duties. Please be prepared for these charges to receive the order from your local post office.

 

What Payments do you except?

We accept payments by credit card (see the checkout for which are available to use) and PayPal.

 

 

What is your Return Policy?

We accept returns within 14 days for full product refund (we do not refund shipping charges). Return shipping must be paid by the customer. ** Item must be returned in exact condition it arrived in for full refund. Restocking fees may apply in cases of damaged packaging.
